Bull's stretch?

What is meant by "a bull with a good stretch"?

Only thing that comes to mind may be the length of body. The "local color" that some folks use when selling animals alwasy amazes me. One bull was described as the "king of blow and go", have absolutely no idea what that was supposed to mean.
