When I looked at him the first time, I thought that he had a very sloping rump, but upon very close scrutiny I decided that it was because he had a well developed 'upper' quarter, and some heavy fleshing just over his anterior tail head. Also, he appears to be standing with his hind feet slightly higher than his front feet, which would cause him to place his hind feet slightly forward, therefore making his Sacrum (the area between his hooks) appear to move up, or skyward. This is a good example of why it is not good to apply too much 'weight', or validity to a picture.
His shoulders may appear to be 'open' , or flared slightly, for the same reason as mentioned above regading his hind feet placement. I would consider him a good bull for siring good, solid Terminal calves.
