this is a pic of the 4 month old show heifer. I can't get her to stand still for a good pic. you can see her body structure. she tends to hold her head high like she is prancing.

OOH,pretty,pretty cattle---But what is that green stuff they're standing on??

my herd sire probably weighs around 2100#-2200#. the green stuff I promise has been few and far between this year. We have had about 6 inches of rain in the last couple of weeks. pastures are the best they have looked in years, only to have them die off pretty soon with cooler temps coming soon. Oh well
