Well ours must not have been so lucky this year. Our so-called frost free hydrant froze up. It is pretty old, maybe the valve isn't sealing tight enough anymore?? It has heat tape on it and we'll see if it thaws out by tomorrow. I don't even want to think about watering with hoses the rest of the winter, or trying to dig it out and replace it in this weather.
