Use a pitchfork and wagon.

Pitchfork and sled/wheelbarrow .... that's what I do.

Helps if you keep up with the cleaning .... once a day is easier than once a month. ;-)

Same here..... makes great compost! :cboy: Add a bit of lime and add nitrogen to get the composting goin good. :cboy:

Get some cheap hired help, unless you have time and health in your favor.
We used to drive a dump pick up (try renting a dump trailer) in the barns. Makes the offloading easy and saves twice the work...

Many options here, depends on whatever equipment you have on hand and how hard you want to work. Pitchforks and wheelbarrows/wagons, tractor with a bucket and a pick-up truck, lawn-tractor with a little trailer (forked into the trailer).
