I just have in my fingers and pretty bad in the wrist of my right hand. If I have handled books all day, like, covering them, I'm pretty tore up at the end of the day. I've got crunchy knees, too. Seems like everything is on the bottem shelf.

Alieve, just one, when I need it. Two if they throb. And heat. Using an immobilizer on my wrist seems to help, too.

Getting old sucks, does it not???

I recommend ginger.

I'd really hate to hear KT's wife had shot him. I'm sure it was a misunderstanding. He seems like a good man and shooting him would be a sad waste of ammunition.
I'd like to hear she shot 8 oz of WD 40 across his back and rubbed it in.
