Oh, Lordy! Even vegan dog food? With the current trend in the administration and activist ramping up their campaigns, not just the future of the beef industry is at stake, but all animal Ag.

Just throwing this out from the Angus Beef Bulletin Extra:

Too right TC, and they will succeed. My grandkids generation are so misinformed in the cities, teachers have a big percentage in these groups and have a big influence on the kids thinking.
My wife's new house in Brisbane has a massive dangerous gumtree in the front yard that she would like to take down but the neighbours are all on tree watch. When the fencer came to dig postholes a 12 yr old girl came out running and screaming telling them to get away from the F'n tree and called them F'n murderers, quite a performance apparently. But it was alright, she was allowed to swear because she was saving the tree.

Ken, it's a rare occurrence, but you have rendered me speechless. WTH is WRONG with this world?!?!

None of these sorry pieces of crap have ever been hungry and most are being spoon fed all this socialistic garbage and have no common sense or brains in their heads anymore.

I hope this world gets real hungry.....and those of us that understand that there is a balance of all things will be the ones to survive....

They are branching out a bit too. They are against the keeping of sheep for wool now. They are anti wool, one of the most natural and greatest fibres that man has used to clothe himself. They would prefer to wear those plastic coats stuffed with fluffy polyester fibre to keep warm.

Everything is at stake, the majority doesn't rule anymore.

I don't know Ken, i don't think they will win. We have a militant vegan here called Tash Peterson, she pulls all sorts of stupid stunts. The public discussion on facebook is 99% against her. Just last week she pulled this stunt at the perth royal show, watch the video and see how we deal with them, the atomic wedgy. And if you're wondering, no that is not Kyle Sandilands!

Some people are so far into the vegan stuff that they don't even consider the "science" of evolution. I personally believe in creation, but still basic biology is the same principle. Some animals are carnivores, some herbivores, and some omnivores.
If you want to go back to a time period that was meatless it would have to be back in the time of the Garden of Eden before the fall of man.
Dogs will eat some fruits and vegetables, but will certainly take meats more happily. Coyotes will damage cantaloupe crops by taking a bite or two out of them, but no doubt they would rather eat meat. They are designed for a more carnivorous diet.
People think that good ol Spot and Rover are harmless, and wouldn't hurt a flea. They would be surprised to see what their precious pooch could and would do to a chicken or sheep if it got the chance.

The vegans also insist that humans are naturally herbivores due to no k-nine teeth.

Our digestive system is more like a carnivore. A herbivore's stomach PH around 6-6.5 and our's is 1.5-2 which is more consistent with a carrion feeder.

Vegans are mostly liars as well. If you watch some of their youtube or Netflix crap they say a whole bunch or BS about animal AG. They cherry pick data that suits them and throw out science that doesn't support their narrative.

I had a vegan co-worker in my dept. He was 23 years old and a complete idiot. I told him that no vegetarian society had ever succeeded but there were many cultures that ate 95% meat.

We had a big cookout celebration. One guy was a veggie and he had to cook all his veggie matter in the midst of our more natural fare. It took him more effort to feed himself than it did for me and 4 or 5 helpers to feed 30 or more people.

I would be up a creek, if I had to do without eating meat. As little sodium as possible, and gluten free knocks out a lot of things for me. Fortunately, I'm not celiac, just gluten intolerant, so I have a few more options. Got a hamburger in town the other day, and saved the bun for the dog.

Perhaps someone should give the young activist a sapling tree of her own to plant and water and take care of. Chances are she would become board with having to take a few minutes out of her days to water it. A lesson in hypocrisy that would probably not register.

I read the bulletin's report. The activists engage in "begging the question:" which is to make a dubious statement of fact as a predicate to a query or the foundation of another statement. In my area of Alabama, open pasture is increasingly planted in pines as fewer people care to farm. I don't think it has had much effect, but I hope it has.
I agree with the assessment that they use specious claims when their motive is to eliminate meat. That's hardly new, ancient Buddhists and Jains in India and certain ancient Greeks practiced vegetarian diets. What is new is the ease of communication. I have no problem with them until they have a problem with me.
Like most farmers, I am a steward of my land and wouldn't think of harming the environment and leaving a problem for future generations. I believe we are experiencing a climate change that is at least partially created by humans and there are steps we can take to mitigate the damage. I don't think cow farts are the big problem, though.
Also, how do you support your statement against the current administration? Are there specific actions that you can point out?
As far as ag production being a criminal cabal, the major chicken corporations just took a huge loss in court for conspiring against the producers and it appears there are attempts to pursue similar litigation in the cattle industry. I know that I never see a difference at the stockyard when I pay increasingly more for the steaks I buy at the grocer.
But, yeah, these folks are crackpots and that's coming from a shameless liberal!
Hope you have a great day

He'll probably end up being charged for assault.

Don't cook for a bunch of Muslims. The facility I worked at from time to time would get one in or claimed to be. We had to provide them with a special menu as they did not eat food that contains animal fats . If me and I knew they would not have fired my azz I would have let them starve.
