Ron, I'll go crosseyed if I look at that too long! Blue still sitting on his balls?

Yes and still licks them every chance he gets! :D
Reminds me of a joke...

Two guys were watching a dog lick his balls. One guys says to the other, I wish I could do that. The other guys replies, "You don't even know that dog."

Differences in practice are really interesting: those look like some seriously tail-docked sheep! Here the practice has lately been to leave them longer, for protection of the vulva (from sun, mainly) and some evidence that without some residual tail muscle, dags around the rear are a bigger problem than with no tail at all. (Obviously not a problem in those two.) Or are they some sort of Manx sheep?

That's an american tail dock. They like it short, and some fairs have rules on how long you can leave. 7/8" max I believe for cross meat sheep.
These short haired, tight skinned sheep, they like everything short, and lean on them, everything but their legs.

I have docked a ton of lambs! Always feel for the vertebrae, then cut! Show lambs need to be short, or they will get hit hard in the ring. We always cut them that short. Never had a problem with our ewes, we ran about 50 ewes, and all short docked. I had some ewes that were 10 years old plus.
Those lambs look like they are Hampshire, or Hamp crosses. They seem to have a wool cap, along with wool on the legs.
Here is a pic of our oldest (now 18) with one of her show lambs:

And this is a hamp that won Champion 4-H lamb, and Reserve Supreme market lamb of the fair. This little lamb gave her the starting money to buy two heifers that is the base of her herd now!

Nice pups, but I noticed the nice lambs first. Personally I like a little longer tail, but I have no idea of what is proper for my area. So I just dock them at the end of the "leathery" spot under the tail.

The black eared pup is waiting for your next command!

Length of tail dock is a very heated debate in the sheep world in the U.S. Most PRODUCTION sheep people do not like such a short dock. it can lead to prolapse in the feedlot. Personally I like enough so they can cover their privates.

The show sheep industry is more disconnected from reality than any other animal class. I will stop there.

Simangking those are some Meaty looking ewes
