We had a cow a few years ago that we called Woman Hater. She went completely nuts whenever a woman got near her, but she tolerated hubby just fine. It was weird.

There are bulls like that which don't like women or children but will respect a man.

Conversely some like women but not men. One of those sort of battered me around one time.
 
Got 62.50 a pound for nasty tempered sucker.
Enough to cover at least half the cost of one of Aces bulls. :D ;-)

You got a $1000, dealt with a problem, nobody got hurt, and you got some cows bred. Not a bad deal. With what steers are bringing, the old bull and 3 or 4 good calves will buy a better bull. A lot of people should be looking at trading up bulls in this market.
 
I think Ace is going to murder me. ;-)
I like #3 in his post. The one he is wanting to keep half shares on. That bull caught my eye before JHH posted him on my other thread. :D :D
