This guy is 16 mo old. I have likes/dislikes about him. Likes: good depth, good rump and easy fleshing. Dislikes: hocks and pasterns "pop" when walking, narrow across top, unbalanced (head vs body size), additional bad attitude at times.
I know these are limited pictures, but any additional thoughts? Red steer behind him is halfblood Aberdeen/Gert 1 mo younger. Grass/hay/5lbs cubes/day for past 60 days before processing.

Sideview not bad but very narrow from the top view. Seems like he will eat well.

That was my thought too. Thank you. Too many good bulls in straws to use a mediocre one if I can help it👍

No matter if he had the best body you have ever seen - if his feet or legs are questionable - he is freezer candidate.
Start at the bottom. If that's not good, cull.

Good advice. Many of us tend to look too down, but a building is only as good as its foundation.
