A Service Industry?

My boss is always talking about how we are in a 'Service Company' and how we are always 'servicing' our customers. I've watched the way management operates and somehow those words weren't quite ringing true. Then I thought about how my bull 'services' my cows and that's pretty similar to how we 'service' our customers. So now I guess I do believe that we are a 'service' company :roll: .
