Bill, speaking of chicken........isn't there a BBQ place down around Cullman that uses a white sauce instead of the traditional red BBQ sauce? Supposed to be famous.

That would be Bob Gibson in Decatur Alabama. He is credited for creating this mayo-vinegar sauce about 75 years ago.

Jo is correct. It is Bob Gibson in Decatur. We also have a place in Cullman that is called Johnnys BBQ that sells their own sweet red sauce and we think it is really good on pork. My wife makes a white sauce that we like better than Bob Gibson. We got the recipe from a guy in Hartselle , Al that worked at another BBQ place there. I might even splurge for some BBQ or I might even smoke something here if you want to come down. lol

That is too tempting.....you really know how to tempt a fat man
I would love to see your Limi operation. Maybe when the weather gets warmer I might take a road trip down if it doesn't inconvenience you. We can argue Gelbvieh vs. Limi over some BBQ

I have a couple of Limi x Angus cows that I wouldn't trade for anything. They will die here on the farm. Kinda big pets that really raise a nice calf.

If you are in that neck of the woods you need to find your way to Gadsden and go to a pizza joint called Mater's and order the Poor Boy pizza too. Awesome is all I can say.

Congratulations Jo! You are officially five times smarter than me
Those bananas are making me dizzy :P

How does it feel to be the 2nd person to make it past 15000, jo? Are you going to cook up a swamp heifer for hoss and you to celebrate with?

I'm entitled to a bit more than that. Afterall, I know someone who got the Nobel Peace Prize for doing absolutely nothing. I think a Red Power Ranger helmet is in order.

Hoss you were going to leave us at one time, way back when. That moderator had it in for you and she's gone but you are still around. 3,000 is a good thing. Glad you are still here. You can't keep a good man down!

That mod went off the deep end. I couldn't believe that she wanted to keep censoring me over nothing......I am as harmless as a teddy bear. She never would explain what was so offensive about what I said. Anybody can look back over my 3,000 posts and see that I do not harrass people, say inappropriate things or threaten anyone. If she disagreed with what was said she would ban or sensor it. The mods now do a great job and I would never judge them all based off of her actions.

A red Power Ranger helmet would look good with that beard and those overalls. :cowboy:

Hoss, I hate to admit it but after I accidently jobbed myself with 3 cc's of Ivermec I gained a few pounds since that picture was took and I aslo found my straight razor once Eli ate everything in the ball bucket. Nevertheless, I still would like to have a Red Power Ranger helmet especially if I can cover it good with alumimum foil to keep those drones from picking up my thoughts and plans.

Somebody told me once that pour on Ivermec made for some good sippin whiskey. I tried it and gained 15 lbs. I gained another 15 when the same person told me that putting a Ralgro pellet in my ear would help my love life. Now I found out that nobody wants to sleep with a fat drunk
