They are still pulling animals out, some hurt, some not.. No count on how many dead...

The list is down to 2  I hope those people show up soon..
There was a man on TV showing a aluminum moter block that had melted into a puddle!

All have been found!
One man may lose his arm-he stayed to fight the fire, and lost the house anyhow. He's one of those Ron Paul was talking about and said should die, layed off from a state job, couldn't find more than part time work so no insurance.. He put off going to the Dr for 5 days. Now he'll lose his arm and probably die from his wounds.

That's his fault for not going to the doctor, he could have walked into any emergency room in the state and got treatment for free. I am sorry he lost his job and hasn't found another one if he was looking. He might have been one of those taking a 99 week vacation. It is not the governments job to provide.

Oh,I agree, his fault for being a typical man and not going to the Dr right away.. He should have ran and now is going to pay for it,maybe with his life..
But RP was saying that the CHURCH should pay for the uninsured -- what happens if you don't belong to a church? Or did I hear that wrong..

No one should pay for the uninsured but the uninsured. That's why we are in the trouble we are in today.
You have take resposibility for you own life. I feel different on the disabled war veterans we owe them.
Go to work we have had a safety net for decades called SS supplemental retirement, disabilty and survivors insurance.
Pay to play. This has been abused by corrupt politicans robbing the fund to buy votes through welfare,Hud, SSI, foodstamps and replacing working people's money with IOU's. When I was a kid and grandpa butcherd hogs he always buthered extra for the widows in the community. I never remember him butchering one for someone that wanted to sit on the porch with a whiskey bottle and cigarette.

Ron Paul never said that the uninsured should be left to die. He said that local charities and churches could do a better job of taking care of the poor than the government, at no cost to the taxpayers. When somone asked him if the uninsured should be left to die it was a few morons in the audience that yelled "YES!!". Paul has been taking the heat for this ever since.

The funny part of this is that Ron Paul doesn't apparently understand the economy is in the tank. Charities are going out of business for lack of funds. Churches have had to cut back more than the government on providing services to those in need. They are getting far less donations than when the economy was good.

Nice to Ron Paul is up on current events. :tiphat:
