    Have a type of pneumonia that is going through the herd now. Calves are still on the cows but when it hits they go off feed, droopy ears , runny nose, they are running a fever. Don't respond very well to Nuflor. Vet says it is a viral pneumonia not bacterial and there isn't much that will work...

    Don't know where to buy corn around here only corn growing for cows is grazing corn none you can combine I think I may add some oats, bloat doesnt seem to be a problem so far.

    What is the treatment? I treated with 5cc of resflor and 5cc a week later did I treat ok or should I have treated 3 days apart. Vet never really said if that was right treatment just said that he would not likely recover.
