There are many, many cattle that look horrible on a halter. Most cattle look better in the pasture, in a natural and comfortable stance. But 9 times out of 10 it takes more than one person to get the shot in a pasture set up. It is easier and quicker to take the picture on the halter. AND...

Must have been a BIG loss if interest and drop of cattle numbers. That is a shame too, the breed was making real improvements in the last 10 or 12 years and had some out of state cattle filtering in for the show.
