    clays--found something out

    When I was growing up back when shotgun shells were made from heavy paper we shot clays but we used a hand thrower that had a spring that would cock the arm that held the clay. One man could lay his shotgun on the ground at his feet throw the clay pick up his shotgun and hit the clay.

    OK ,so what is stock about these cars? I know they used to be stock except for safety measures.

    Yes they found it, I don't know where but it was to late for the pre race inspection. What I don't understand is it is called NASCAR which stands for National Stock Car Association Racing What is stock on these cars?
