Be careful, you don't want upset these folks just like I did. I knew a Pinzgauer breeder that sent his animals to a feedlot and majority of his animals graded prime for CAB frequently.

Definitely a JerseyX. She has a black nose. If she is sired by a red Angus or hereford bull, she wouldn't have a black nose.

I know for a fact that a non-black animal can be qualified for CAB is when the slaughterhouses didn't kill enough black cattle so they'll take any colors in. And I guess dairy & brahman influenced cattle are allowed to be qualified for CAB? I meant majority of Holstein steers are qualified for CAB..

The hereford x Galloway heifer should be fine. Just treat it as a Hereford x Angus.

My friend raised some lh and roping cattle. He fed out some steers for few months before slaughter. The steaks off them had good marbling on em.

Either red or black Hereford bull on RA cows will make a nice cross.

Both breeds are tough to sell in many areas and not much beef in both breeds either. Miniature Herefords, Moderators or Lowlines are much better choices.
