    Hey all, this summer hoping to make the trip from Wales to Canada to see my uncle on his farm, so wondering any advice on good Agricultural shows like Calgary Stampede and the like to go and see, or any other suggestions to do with agriculture or cattle. cheers

    Calves are falling out, really pleased with them, started calving to Piedmontese at end of december, had 41 calves so far, not pulled a single one :)

    No they have no shorthorn influence, they are one of if not the oldest breed of cattle in the UK which are still around.

    The bulls do not have to be of a massive size but the bigger and more muscley the better really.
