All of the fat cattle we have sold for freezer beef and for ourselves the take home has been right at 36-37% of the live weight. Using those numbers will get you with 30-40 lbs every time. We just had a old cow ground she weighed 1690 we got 550 in ground beef and about 15lbs in loin.

Yes I have had it, about two years ago. I had cancer it my neck about 20 years ago had radition all around my neck, upper chest and jaw. Two i needed a tooth pulled and the would not do it until I had the treatment, it's supposed to open up all your veins and arteries and help with healing.

I've had both mine replaced takes about 4 or 5 weeks. be sure and do the therapy, thats the key to a speedy recovery.
