I'd say a brangus or a simmi bull for good quality replacement heifers in kentucky. Here in MS I'd use a brahman, brangus, or some other bull with brahman influence.

I love cross bulls on commercial cows. I am using a half hereford half brangus bull on brangus cows and the calves are phenomenal. The gert hereford cross should be a great bull.

Could I safely pull a 28ft steel cattle trailer with a 3/4 ton truck? Would there be a lot of sway when passing semis and would I be getting pushed around a lot? I have seen it done before but I would like to here from people who either have done this or are currently doing it.

How do y'all think a black limousine bull would do over some tigers or brangus cows? I would like to have the growth that a continental bull offers but keep the black hide that dominates today's market.

I have a brangus calf that lost its mother on Tuesday this week. I have it in a dry shaded location with clean water available. It has taken to the bottle well and I'm currently feeding it two quarts twice a day but occasionally she won't take it all and her stomach is growling and making noises...

Sorry for not replying to you guys earlier but I got off the forum for a while due to being out of state and numerous other things. If you replied thank you all for your input. I decided not to go with the bull and stick with a brangus and ultrablack bulls.

Those calves look real nice
