Thanks for input. Biggest concern now is getting his feet normal. Back feet are almost normal, fronts are less steady and knuckle over yet. It makes it hard for him to nurse because he's wobbling around. Hios tail looks normal now. Maybe I can get a pic in awhile. Thanks

Will hauling dried distillers in my pickup make it rust? Someone said there is enough sulfur in it to start rust. I only get 1000# at a time, so the pickup works well. I don't need to help out the road salt, it'll get my truck soon enough.

I wonder too if the band is holding the infectious crap outta his system. Maybe by holding & cutting him I'll disturb the band enough to allow some crap into his bloodstream. On the other hand I can see that getting the crap drained out would be beneficial.

I used the XL Bander. He was on the big side and I think the band slipped up towards his body. The band just wasn't strong enough. 20/20 hindsight, I shoulda done him earlier.
