I really like #1 and the last one. The mother is going a great job.They should work well in any herd.

Thanks for asking that question because i have the same question.The difference is my heifer is a Longhorn and just made a year old. I realize they can be thin cattle but this one I feel needs more weight on her.

Those are some really nice cattle. I hope to raise cattle that looks that great.

Those are nice looking calves. I really like Beefmaster cattle.

I think is a good idea on different grasses in each pasture. I was thinking planting Rye and maybe some winter wheat on 2 acres.What would happen if you were to plant all the seeds mixed together would that be wise? I'm here in Houston.

Oh McKenney farms. That is one of the popular ranches for red Brahmans. I was told I could get Gir cattle there so I called to inquire on prices and was told it prices start at 3000. I guess I get what I pay for. Quality does cost so I've told.
