maybe grey market is the outdated label. I have just noticed a number of these "refurbished" tractor dealerships on craigslist. maybe it's because I've just started shopping. just wondering if anyone had any personal experience with one(or if anyone is brave enough to admit it.)

What would cause a positive charge (.5kv) at my ground rods on my electric fence? This spring when the ground was wet l had 9kv. Now I am down to 2.7. My hot wire is not grounding out anywhere. The ground rods are 8 footers and are spaced about 10 feet apart. My box is a power wizard 1000 I think.
