I know I'm about 6 months late to this discussion, but I just had a horrible experience with Barn2Door.
I would not recommend. I didn't get past the first initial "onboarding" meeting, before I realized they completely misled me. They also charged a surprise $50 TAX onto my first membership sign up fee. It was supposed to be $400 to sign up plus the first month ($158). Well, they took out $697! I found out it was tax. On what??
The other problems:
1.
Details with the online store. We have three business. I talked to them for two weeks, in detail, about how my current website us set up and how I wanted the new site to operate. All this guy kept telling me was yes. Everything us customizable and everything is possible. No. It isn't. You get one online store. I need my services that are booked (hoof trimming appointments), my products that are sold (beef and hay), and my online registration for Farm School classes for kids to all be seperate. He told me that it could happen. But tge onboarding manager saud no, I can have one online store where everything is listed together. That's rediculous.
2.
When Cole was telling me what I was paying for, just under his breath running through the services/package I was paying for, he mumbled something about the Marketing Toolkit which is $29 A MONTH extra. I said, whoa whoa whoa. What is that? He told me is was for the beautiful email templates we had talked about.

We talked for two weeks about email marketing and how important it was. He never told me the templates were $29 a month extra.
3.
Cole talked about Barn2 Door even "helping you with creating delivery routes and managing your delivery service."
No. They don't. They farm that out to a 3rd party service that ypy HAVE TO PAY EXTRA for. Again, he made it sound like this was part of the package I was going to get. Whichbis 158/month!
4.
Cole mentioned MANY times that "tgere are no transaction fees" for online transactions. Yes. There are. Charged by tge merchant services of course. Barn2Door doesn't charge anything, butit was extremely misleading because I clarified multipke times and asked directly, "there are NO charges for onlibe transactions?" He kept telling me no. I obviously understand that merchant service fees are a part of doing business. But he jept telling ke that there were no charges.
5.
This BS $50 tax charge on my furst sign up payment. That's insane. And he mentioned the total for the day being $648 many many times. And the my bank transaction showed $697 being taken out.
During my onboarding meeting was when it became clear there were even more lies and ways I was misled. So, I didn't finish the meeting and told them I changed my mind and wanted to cancel my membership and get a refund. It took two weeks to get anyone "in charge" to call me. I finally talked to someone today. They said they would have a refund deposited to my account within 7 days. So, I hope it will be over soon.
I don't recommend Barn2Door.
