yup they had it for dinner tonight mix with corn .. knife was used to make small cutting .. free Zuchinnii woo hooooo

Yep...solve the world's food problem...plant truckload of zuchinni seeds...

I once asked a guy "how many zuchinni seeds should I plant in my garden?"

He said...

"ONE-HALF of a seed!"

Back in the 80s and early 90s when the boys were still home and in 4-H, they occasionally chopped up extra (Yeah, I know, you're thinkin "how do you get extra") zucchini and gave it to their market hogs. The hogs acted like it was dessert or some kind of super candy. And it doesn't take too many. If you find one ready to pick on Monday, just let it go 'til Wednesday, wrap the chain around it, skid it out, and fire up the Stihl!

That 1/2 seed is about 10 to many
 
Zukes and Spanish onions - fried in butter and garlic - served in a bowl with fresh bread and butter and a steak on the side.

I'd eat that every day and twice on Sundays.
