Here's "the gang", Pookie, Dusty, and Zeus, one in the back I do like but that family is horrid on my fences.. Don't want bad habits

I'm not really sure what breed or bulls in particular I'm going to get to accomplish that yet.. I would like to get a Salers influenced animal in again, but that won't be helping with depth... Perhaps another Shorthorn?elkwc said:I'm trying to do the same with ours along with adding some volume and spring of rib.

Really like this calf. Like his width, bone and base width.
For me it is too early too tell but I have some question about the amount of gut he will have. I like nuts, butts and guts. Regardless at this point a good prospect that deserves the chance to develop.

I am really surprised, i am at 1200 ft but doesn't look half as good.
He looks like he is breaking nicely, why do you give him so much rope. I only give them six inches so they learn when i hold them they can only pull six inches and stop.
Oh heck, I'm at about 1200'. Lot different terrain. I don't look so HIGH.Nesikep said:We're only at 1000 ft elevationJeanne - Simme Valley said:Forget the animal - look at that scenery!!!! Your cattle should have nose bleeds from that altitude!
