Just wanted to let you folks know that there are still some companies out there who care about customers. I borrowed my neighbors spinning jenny to dereel some high tensile wire. I was using my rhino to spool out the wire when the jenny tipped over in the mud and bent two of the bolts that hold the wire in place. The bent bad enough that when i tried to straighten them they broke. I wanted to fix this before i returned it so I emailed them to see how I could order 2 new bolts and they sent me 4 new bolts free of charge, no questions asked! With all the hassle you get from some companies it was nice to know some still want to keep good relationships. I have bought one of their solar chargers and plan on buying more of their products in the future.
