young calf down emergency!!

We have just bought a set of twins and one died of we think a twisted bowel but there is no way to really tell. His brother is now down as well but this one has something else wrong.He has a runny nose (white yet clear)and he takes electrolytes but not often and he is going down slowly but he's still going. He's had Borgal and Biomycin. What is this ? is it scours? if so what else other than pepto bismol will work for our little guy. Please help.!!!!!

How old are the calves? I assume they are being bottle fed. Biomycin is an antibiotic. YOU NEED TO GET A VET OUT OR EXPERIENCED RANCHER TO LOOK AT THE CALF. GIVE ELECTROLYTES AND PRAY. GET A VET! Let us know. Also, what did the other calf die of? Could be something contagious from the other calf or scours.
