For a miserable bull, he sure brought a good price!! Weighed 1850 lbs and we got $0.72/lb for him!! It is about darn time that things started looking up!! That is the best price I have heard for a bull this spring/summer. Guess we got enough out of him to pay for the aggravation of having to deal with him.

Sold a bull last fall that weighed 2100 lbs for $0.20/lb. Could have fed that fellow out for that price increase.

That is a very good - awesome price Randi, good for you guys. Lets hope this is an upward trend for all of us "northerners" as we sure have taken a beating the last few years.
"They" said it would level out ,let's hope that is true..

thats a great price for a cull bull.here in texas bulls are bringing .60 to .75 a lb.easy money for them cull bulls,.

Yep, we are pretty happy. We didn't top the sale by the Market Report, but we were in the middle of it. The range was .69 to .76. Sure hope things hold.

Went to the sale down here for a couple hours.....everything was way off except packer cows and bulls. Every bull they sold was over $.70...tops was an 1870 lb. bull that brought $81....another at 2165 sold for $.775.....a couple of pair brought 1100.
