Hi, I've got a question or two,. our corn, is getting yellow on the lower part of the stalks?? Gary planted it in sheep manure, Is it too much manure or what?? Thanks Merry

Probly do to maturity. Open up the husks and be ready to pick if you are to eat it. I hope it is not dented.

Sorry, don;t have any husks yet. Someone told me it might be due to too much manure( sheep) I think gary laid it on a little thick?? He thinks lime will help it???? Merry

Lack of water? Have you side-dressed it with fertilizer? Lack of nitrogen could be another reason.
