I planted about a half a dozen crookneck squash in a 8 ' X 8' bed the middle of September. Also on cucumber vine on a trellis in the middle. We have been eating squash for about two weeks and also green cucumbers. I know this is the first of November. Also have some mustard greens and collards in a flower bed on the west side of the house. They will be ready in about a week.
