We used to use those before the hog market tanked. I loved farrowing on pasture, healthiest feeder pigs ever! We had pretty much all dirt hogs, did farrow some in bedded concrete pens, old school bus minus the seats made a dandy nursery before moving to a dirt floor barn until they hit 80# or so. Then it was out to the lot. I miss those days.
Good luck on your hunt. I’ll keep my eyes peeled, but we’re a far piece away.

Build some Modified-A houses. Porta-hits are not what they say they are. They get too hot in the summer and don’t hold heat in the winter.

In addition to the porta huts we also used round straw bales. The sows would burrow a hole in them, the little pigs would lay in the room she created. It was funny in the winter time, she would lay against the hole, the little pigs would be warm as toast inside.
