Got a young cow with tit that was getting chaffed and now is starting to bleed. Can't really run a cow in for salve - thinking about weaning the calf (2 months old). Any other thoughts. Thought maybe the cow would keep the calf away from that sore tit herself, but she seems content to let the little bull suck it clean off.
