Wondering what breed she is

So we bought this calf at the sale for a nurse cow and she’s pretty strange looking to me and I was wondering if anybody has like seen something like her before and I hope you can see, but she has a bunch of hair sticking straight up between her shoulder blades

Looks like a Jersey cross to me. Maybe the hair means it's a "club calf" cross...
