Thank you Hills Down. This old chute was a part of a composite barn yard fence at the old Suntjens homestead. The Robusky family being the second owners. The fence also had old bed frame and steel spring mattress sections as well as rails and boards. The old metal wheels were originally under it. So originally a protable design. The tires chains were just hanging there.

Sim-ang-king, I am sure the cows thought so to. :)
