This photo was taken on a trail ride. Sept 19, 2009. One of my favorite photos. This was taken south of Mankota, Sask. In the short grass prairie. Probably about 30 miles North of the Canada/USA border. I was on horse back at the time. It was exceptionally green for that late in the season, but the weather had been really nice and we'd had a lot of rain. I don't know if the creek was running because of rain or springs.
 
Congrats Randi!!! The first thing that ran through my mind when I saw your pic was how absolutely magic it would be to be out there on horseback :D . Congrats to you too Nesi, both very nice pics.
