Anybody have a good wild turkey cooking method/recipe that actually makes the bird edible ?

We just fry it. Small bite size hunks. Not too thick, even at that. It can be tough. I mean tough as woodpecker lips.

We fry the breast in thin strips like chicken fingers, make sure to clean all the shiny skin off the breast. The dark meat is really good cooked in a crock pot with wild rice and cream of mushroom soup.
