I got the catalog via email this morning... For those of you who have been there before, what do the fall calves and bred heifers typically bring? And what do you expect them to bring this year with these prices? I have an ASA grant of $1000 to go towards the purchase of a heifer at a sponsor herd and WHR is one of the sponsors I am interested in. I know $1000 won't buy anything right now but I plan to add some of my own money to buy a decent calf.

I went about 6 years ago looking for a heifer for a 4-H student. The calves we had marked brought $3K to $6500.
