after all these years just found that my child bride has an affinity for highland cattle.
with all the different breeds that i have raised was not suspecting that.

just a couple days until valentine's day. will have to hustle to find a few.
i am thinking reddish or a couple red and a couple black. need cows in case i have to keep them. the things i do. not complaining
wife always has something interesting.

will they make me money? don't know don't care.

My wife has a Holstein cross, a belted, and a white park cow in the herd.

I don't complain about them because they keep her happy. When they throw solid calves they go to the sale barn with the rest, when they have the wrong color they go in the freezer.

Here’s a Highland heifer and bull selling Saturday in Lee City KY. Says both are 3 years old. Not sure what’s up with a 3 year old heifer.
