When do I cut down on the milk replacer

I have a 6 week old heiffer and I am giving her 3 qts of milk a day. When do I decrease that intake and for how long?

That all depends on what you intend to do with your heifer and how much you are willing to invest in her.
Some I wean after only one 25 lb of replacer and some I don’t wean until after two 50 lb bags.

If it’s a runt, that could be around 6 months, or better, of replacer. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
