Swelling under each ear since she hit the ground. I haven't tried to catch her to palpate so I don't know if it's hard or fluid. It hasn't gotten better or worse in 2 weeks and It doesn't seem to bother her. She is thriving.

Abscessed tooth?
Do you have foxtails where you live that could have embedded in?
...you need to bring her in without stressing her out too much to take a looksie...

I have heard navel infection can cause lymph node swelling.

Sporadic Bovine Leukosis seems to be the diagnosis. The swelling on her face is much worse and It has now shown up in both flanks. She is not doing well. There is no treatment the Vet says he has seen it 6 times in 34 years of practicing.
