What type of grass

I was cutting hay on my neighbors property and come up on a pretty wet area with this super tall grass. Seed heads must of been 6ft tall. Any clue what it is and if it’s ok to bale and give to the cows.

Get a close up of the seed heads and a blade of the grass.

As far as I can tell it looks like prairie cordgrass. It’s already seeded out also.

I second the suggestion it is Vasey grass. Grows on wet natured soils and bar ditches.
