What to feed calves to increase growth

Can anyone please give me advice on what mixture of feed I can give to my calves that are still nursing on the mom to increase they're growth quicker?

A high quality textured calf starter should work very well. 18% crude protein or more and medicated with Bovatec or Rumensin if possible.
