What now?

I guess for those that missed it and another that did not understand (Muratic) what was said on the locked thread I'll try and explain.

Muratic accused anghere and flaboy of being the same person. Anghere quickly posted and said no they were not the same person but they did live together. She promised to try and be sure to check when posting so it would not look like the same person was posting under 2 different names but they did both post to this site off the same computer. She also said she was sorry for the confusion and said also that flaboy could not type real fast so sometimes she typed for him. I found her first post to be nice and to the point. However I will admit I missed anything that came after like the third post so I ain't gonna defend or even comment on what might have got the first one of these posts locked.

Muratic, I think you started this thread by saying lets all be nice and have no name calling due to younger viewers however almost right away you in a round about way tried to make out like flaboy and anghere were two men living together. Unlike your profile which says nothing about yourself flaboy even has his own website and it's pretty cool. From the website I'll gather that anghere is flaboy's wife/girlfriend/significant other or whatever you want to call her since there are pictures of the both of them on it. Also from the photo's on the web site I'll admit the man is one handy guy in the shop. He's did some amazing restorations.

This is an awesome site with wealth of knowledge on board. Hopefully folks don't get put off from posting by just the few that seem to like to put others down.

FWIW- Muratic dare I say you sound almost Caustic!!

Me too Mahoney, when the heck did you bring your cattle over to my place and have them pose in my squeeze chute for them pictures on your web site?!!

Hello Dean --- well, thanks to EIEIO I just noticed that you have a website. The very first thumbnail I clicked on was "Brute - our bull". Do my eyes detect a beautiful crop of cockleburrs in his pen? Reminds me of some of the "forage" in my pen. If I can find some city kids that want to buy some porcupine eggs I'll be rich.

I've only looked at a few so far, but I like your pictures. And I bet you've put in a lot of work hours over the last 4 months or so, right?

Also, FWIW, in viewing #15 and #16 it looks like you're got some easy to reach chinaberry trees and re-sprouts. The "book" says they are poisonous to cattle (leaves & berries) but it may be only mildly so, I'm not certain. I can remember as a kid feeding leaves to some of grandpa's cattle after a storm blew down a big tree and it didn't seem to harm them, perhaps because it was relatively small quantity. Then again, maybe those Longhorns of yours wouldn't be affected in any event -- might even thrive on chinaberries, silver leaf nightshade, cactus, mesquite, etc. :) Don't want to stick my nose in your business, but it may not be worth it to take a chance on the chinaberries though, especially if grass gets real scarce.

P.S. -- just realized that the cockleburrs and chinaberries are probably on the neighbors place, and not yours.
