What is this

This heifer has this side whick looks pushedbin and the other side is mormal and full. None of my other cows have this but this heifer is newer. Is this normal or should I be concerned.

Looks normal to me, the rumen is on the other side and fills it out and just a bit of a hollow on the right. When they get a full belly it fills out a bit more but with eating lush spring pasture the feed may be going through her a bit fast leaving that hollow look.
