what breed have I seen??

I'M sorry to sound stupid but I recently past a herd of cattle in Tennessee. They were brown & white. The problem was they were verically striped the front was tan the mid section was light brown & the rear was white. I am not crazy. What kind are they?? Please.

Isn't there a breed called DUTCH BELTED....I thought that there was BELTED GALLOWAY with longer hair and then the DUTCH BELTED with shorter hair?????

I saw that but it's the same color combination as the the Blue Lingo option.

So there are 3 different breeds all with 'belts' right?

Thanks everyone! I guess I remembered the colors in reverse. The Belted Galloway & the Beu Lingo are what I saw. And since there was a large Dutch population in that area at the turn of the century that makes sence. You have been very kind. I guess I came to the right place. The experts are the ones to ask.
