I can't believe this guy did some of the things he is accused of and got away with it for so long-seems unreal-I read today that some of the witnesses for his defense say he couldn't have done it because he was too busy, and one guy even said it was common practice for coaches to shower with the players-seriously? -on what planet is that acceptable???

Yes, and there had to be a lot more that knew what was going on since these things happened over a number of years with a number of young boys. Coaches, players, administrators, even some parents of the boys from what I've heard. Some of them HAD to suspect something and no one had the balls to come forward. I love sports, but sometimes the culture of "protect your own" goes way too far. This whole thing sickens me.

I saw that on a episode of south park. . I thought they were just being funny . I didn't realize those sickos made a association . Maybe one of those smart bombs needs to be dropped at the next meeting .

I'm with you on that part but I think the "tall tree and short rope" is to easy on him. Needs to be sent to prison and dubbed "prisonyard b!tch". Maybe I'm a bit sadistic but I believe he should be abused and violated DAILY for the rest of his life! As for the others who knew but didn't step up....they should be right there next to him!

The whole thing sickens me, I can't even fathom the horror those children went through and the fact that it was let to continue by turning a blind eye. What is really heartbreaking is this type of thing happens all over the place and is continually covered up by a self-absorbed society too worried about the ramifications to themselves rather than what is RIGHT!

I heard today 2 charges were dropped . Boy number4 had him charge with 2 counts of penatration . One sex and one with fingers. They boy said he never actually penatrated but tried for 20 mins . So how do the charges get dropped ? Obviously he was trying .

That's what gets me about this whole thing. This could have been stopped years ago if people had the guts and decency to bring this out in the open. The good news is that federal prosecutors are looking into the cover up. Many more heads could, and should, roll before this thing is over with.
