Weeds

I am having trouble with morning glory weed in my garden. As soon as I pull one another pops up.
I went in and sprayed them with all the Round Up I had. It was a mix my husband did for some thistles.
Any suggestions?

What type of bug eats corn seeds? I lost over half the seeds I planted. What can I put down to get rid of them?

I seem to have a brown thumb this year. ;-)
