Mild winter so far. High pressure over much of Australia has given us a very stable weather pattern. Another drop of rain would be good.
Cows are calving well.
Bit of a green pick about the paddocks, this would improve with more rain. Long range forecasters predict good rains over the next few months. August September never have much rain for us. Storms can start mid October when its warming up.
Better go and start the afternoon chores,its about 4pm here. Gets dark about 20 to 6 these afternoons. Looking forward to the longer afternoons.
