Hello All,

I have finally bought my own little place out in the country and I want to try and make a little money off the land . I have found the this place can be damp , Ive had a driveway put in to be able to access my RV. I have about 1/2 in Pines and the other is in pasture. I had thought about having it baled for hay but I am not really sure if that would be profitable.

I do have one neighbor that I am concerned about. she rides a 4 wheeler I think she is a little unstable to put it mildly . I really do not want to Bash people on a forum.

If you have any land behind you that's land locked you can buy it cheap. I'd get the land surveyed and deeded into 1 1/4 acre tracks ASAP. I did this on a smaller scale in Jupiter Farms Florida and that worked out great as a long term investment.

It is not anonymous when everything this person describes makes you realize it is next door. My lawyer will confirm.
